Cannot gain access to my tokens

Hello. I’m trying to gain access to my tokens. When prompted I select my wallet (MetaMask). But I keep getting the same message:

Unsupported chain!
Supported networks: mainnet
Current network: 10
Please connect your wallet to a supported network.

I was on the Ethereum mainnet as I tried to connect my wallet.

Not sure what network 10 is? I did find on a MetaMask Support page that OP Mainnet had a Chain ID of 10. I tried selecting that mainnet but I still get the same message as above. I really don’t know what I’m being prompted to do. So, as of this post, I have no idea how to access my tokens.

I don’t remember having a problem with the original stake. Help would be greatly appreciated.

don’t listen to messages from accounts without any roles, that (in this case) joined an hour ago

You’re better off going through MetaMask’s support channels or even trying with a different wallet

Thank you for your replies. First, I didn’t know that where I posted my question was not a support type forum. My mistake. Regarding my issue, I was able to gain access. Eventually, I found in my records another link that I clicked on and that got me where I wanted to be. I confess to not knowing really why that link worked but it did, thankfully. So I think I’m in good shape. But I wanted you to know I appreciate your replies.

it actually is. you were replied to by an account earlier which misled you into thinking that it wasn’t. that’s what my first reply was about - that you were interacting with scammers
