Can't get approval to deposit

I have requested approval to deposit but I keep getting a “Pending” status on MetaMask that is eternal. Just doesn’t go anywhere. Tried many times with the same results. I’m connected with my Ledger that is up to date and there is plenty of etherium for gas. Any suggestions or information to help me understand the process?
