All proposal creator from the core team should use ENS names. This would simplify verification.
A Personal ENS name or a Team name if it’s a multisig wallet.
Can the payout of grands also be paid out to ENS-Names?
As an example for the BD-Team Proposal:

Yeah, I’d suggest we do that for every proposal requesting funds. I don’t think there should be any issues for payouts to ENS-Names, however the team will probably have to enable ENS on the App. Adding a link below that should help with that.
I agree, people should use ENS names whenever possible. I suspect the dashboard already supports this (so Marco’s example should work), but let us investigate first.
